I’m Alexia— equal parts sound healer, soul whisperer, and pasta therapist.
Some say I move energy. Others say I write like a heart cracked open. Either way, I’m here to hold space and spill the sugo—with love, of course.
I’m a certified Reiki practitioner, sound healing facilitator, and storyteller based in Florence, Italy.
Through 1:1 sessions, words, and rituals, I help people soften, come home to themselves, and reconnect with their sacred inner world.

In these intuitive sessions, I blend Reiki energy work with sound healing (using chimes, crystal bowls, voice, and breath) to help regulate your energy, release emotional stagnation, and guide you gently back into balance. Each session is intuitively programmed to your specific needs.
